Titles of most major publishing companies together and the remainder will be under several miscellaneous categories.   All songbooks will have a reference number, a price, a condition rated A-D, with A being the best looking book. and a column will designate round or shape notes. It will contain the year of copyright, and the publisher. After each book we will attempt to describe most visible imperfections and defects, such as stains, names on the cover, yellowed with age, very yellowed with age, and other discrepancies. The page number column sometimes lists the pages, sometimes the number is the number of songs.  In some cases we have the same title in different grade conditions and prices. As an example we might have "Mighty Power" in two different conditions. We would number these 101A and 101B, as examples.

The sale of these books will be first handled by an email only on a first come, first served basis.  Please do not mail any payments or call us until you have emailed us the reference numbers and the tiles of the books you are interested in purchasing, AND we have responded back to you.  Again for emphasis, you must email us your requests first, and we will respond.  There could orders ahead of you, therefore we cannot take telephone requests, because we cannot necessarily tell you first hand if a title is still available as the web page may not have been updated. Please email us first, as specified below.  After we receive your request, we will pull the books that are available for you, and email you your total.  Only at that point should you mail a payment or make phone or fax arrangements for credit card orders.

YOUR EMAIL TO US:  When you are ready to email us your requests, send an email to harold@gospelgallery.com.  We receive hundreds of emails per day, and in order to make sure we receive your request timely, we have set up a special email folder as Convention Songbooks.  Please make the subject of your email Convention Songbooks so it will automatically go in the correct folder.  Your email should contain all the reference numbers and the title that you desire.  Should we have more than one condition/price of a certain book, in the event the first choice is already gone, if you would like the other choice, put both numbers, such as 101A "Mighty Power" OR 101B "Mighty Power".  Please include your name, address, and telephone number in your email.  Also, please indicate how you wish to pay for your selections after we notify you of your total - as if paying by check or money order, or using a credit card.

SHIPPING - HANDLING:  
$4.00 for the first paper back, $.50 each additional.
$5.00 for the first hardback, $1.00 each additional hard back, and $.50 each additional paper back.
For international orders, we will contact you further.  We will only foreign orders by airmail, no surface mail.

SALES TAX:  
There is no sales tax unless you live in the state of Tennessee.
Tennessee sales tax is 9.25% on the books, excluding the shipping/handling.

PAYMENTS:
We accept checks (held for clearance), money orders, and most major credit cards.  We do not advise you to send cash.  We do not ship COD.  

BY MAIL:  If you are mailing payment, we will hold your order for 7 days after we notify you of your total.  Please mail your payment promptly.  If payment is not received within 7 days, we will offer to others who were interested, or re-listed.  We do not ship COD.  Our mailing address is at the bottom of this page.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS:  We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express by telephone, fax or email.  Contact information is at the bottom of this page.   As for emailing credit card information, it is your choice to do or not to do this.  We have many customers who do this, and there's never been a problem.  Credit payments must be made within 24 hours after we notify you of your total.  

As an alternative to sending complete credit card info in one email, some folks do it in three separate, successive emails.  To do this, you send three separate emails, with the subject Email #1, Email #2, and Email #3, respectively.  In the first email, send just the first two sections of your credit card.  In the second email, send only the second two sections of your credit card.  In the third email, send your name as it appears on your credit card, the expiration date, and your telephone number.
